About the Position:
As a Travel Consultant, you'll support clients in designing and booking their ideal trips, offering expert advice to ensure every journey is seamless and enjoyable. Your strong communication skills and attention to detail will be essential in delivering outstanding service and unforgettable travel experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with booking flights, accommodations, and tours tailored to their needs
- Offer personalized travel suggestions based on each client's preferences and budget
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
- Handle booking issues and resolve travel-related concerns with care and efficiency
- Stay informed about travel trends, special offers, and industry regulations
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, preferences, and bookings
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Croatian (C2 level)
- Proficiency in English (B2 level)
- EU Citizenship or Greek residency card
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in call centers or support roles
- Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage tasks remotely
