The Role-(
Reports to Global Head of Growth)
We're looking for a Business Development Specialist with strong B2B sales instincts and a passion for digital innovation.
You'll be responsible for driving new business across Greece and Cyprus, identifying opportunities, opening conversations, managing full sales cycles, and representing Findbar within the digital and retail ecosystem.
If you come from digital services (advertising, marketing, eCommerce, logistics, or CRM solutions) and know how to connect the dots between tech and business value, this role is made for you.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Outreach
Identify and engage potential clients across retail, eCommerce, and tech sectors
Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to contract closure
Lead outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, direct calls and industry networks
Track activity and pipeline performance through CRM (HubSpot)
Networking & Market Presence
Build and nurture relationships within the digital commerce ecosystem
Represent Findbar in industry events, communities, and partnerships
Strengthen brand visibility and recognition in the local markets
Collaborate with marketing to amplify awareness and thought leadership
Collaboration & Insights
Work closely with Customer Success and Marketing to ensure client satisfaction and growth
Share market learnings and competitor insights to shape go-to-market strategies
What We're Looking for
2+ years of proven B2B sales experience in SaaS or digital services
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Excellent command of English (Greek is a strong plus)
Familiarity with CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outreach tools
Self-driven, structured, and comfortable working autonomously
Knowledge of eCommerce, retail tech, or digital marketing ecosystems preferred
