Over the past 30 years, the company has focused on the development of large-scale residential projects, delivering 20 projects covering over 1 million square meters. Taibo Investment – Hestia Group has approximately 3 million square meters of projects under construction and has delivered around 4 million square meters of residential properties. As an emerging brand in the Greek hospitality industry, Taibo Investment – Hestia Group is leading the development of luxurious hotels in the vibrant neighborhoods of Monastiraki, Plaka, and Syntagma. Recently, the company expanded its portfolio by acquiring 15 buildings consisting of 80 apartments and plots in prime locations such as Elliniko, Alimos, and Glyfada. With ambitious growth plans, Taibo Investment – Hestia Group will be constructing two new buildings over the next two years. The company is also actively seeking talented professionals to join its team as it continues to build a strong brand presence in both residential and hospitality sectors. The Construction Project Assistant will support construction projects for both buildings intended for sale and luxury hotels, ensuring high-quality execution and adherence to project timelines.

Role Description

The Construction Project Assistant will play a key role in supporting the overall implementation of construction projects, ensuring efficient coordination from planning to execution.

This position requires:

1. Familiarity with the overall process of project application, construction, and completion.

2. Strong understanding of construction drawings, materials, and measurement methods.

3. The ability to resolve issues between construction design and on-site implementation.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Supervise construction sites, maintain detailed logs, report progress and quality issues, and address site-related challenges.

2. Assist the project manager with preparatory work, preliminary review of drawings and construction plans, and propose technical and site-specific solutions.

3. Develop overall project schedules, monthly work plans, and detailed schedules for each construction team.

4. Prepare material and construction budgets to optimize project efficiency.

5. Review and verify the quality of materials required for projects, ensuring strict adherence to quality standards.

6. Oversee and manage the construction site, promptly addressing major quality and safety concerns.

7. Issue construction task orders, material requisition forms, and technical guidelines to construction teams.

8. Ensure timely procurement and delivery of construction materials and equipment to facilitate smooth project progress.

9. Maintain strict compliance with regulatory frameworks and safety protocols to uphold the highest construction quality standards.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of construction project experience, with a focus on office, residential, and hospitality projects.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related fields.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in English.
