About the Role

We are looking to hire an employee for the Operations Department based in our Headquarters in Athens. The primary responsibly of 
Account Manager
 in the Operations Department will be to register, coordinate and supervise the incoming orders to the company's system until they are produced and delivered to the customer.

This position requires, excellent knowledge of English since it is a fast-growing, multinational environment that works and communicates with all over the world. Also, very good organizational skills, time management and prioritization of the tasks are essential.

Account Manager
 in the Operations Department:

·       Written communication with the customers regarding matters related to their orders.

·       Registering orders in the system and monitoring the good execution of the orders in a timely manner.

·       Responsible for after-sales support, receiving and solving customer's queries.

·       Sharing information between the customer and relevant departments. Make sure that is shared correctly, the system is updated and monitoring the whole process.

·       Monitoring customer's payments.

Desired skills and competencies:

·       Business Administration or similar studies (not required).

·       Excellent knowledge of English language. Extra language knowledge will be considered as a plus.

·       Excellent knowledge of MS Office and standard knowledge of PC use.

·       ERP basic use will be appreciated.

·       Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.

·       Very good communication skills (daily communication with the colleagues worldwide)

·       Multitasking, organized, analytical, detailed oriented and excellent problem-solving skills are some of the most relevant elements of the ideal candidate.
