Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Back Office Support Professional
with excellent communication skills in
Italian and English
to join our expanding team. The role is ideal for a professional who enjoys working in a structured environment supporting administrative, technical, and client-facing operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and coordination support for certification, inspection, and audit projects.
  • Manage communication and documentation between the Greek and Italian teams.
  • Maintain and update client files, records, and databases.
  • Assist with document control, certificate issuance, and report formatting.
  • Support client correspondence (email, phone, and platform-based).
  • Liaise with certification partners, subcontractors, and clients on scheduling and documentation.
  • Contribute to internal quality management and process optimization initiatives.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent
    Italian
    and strong
    English
    (spoken and written).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
  • Ability to work independently in a process-driven environment.

  • Experience in a
    Certification Body

    Inspection Body
    , or
    Accredited Laboratory (CAB environment)
    .
  • Familiarity with
    ISO standards
    (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 17020, ISO or related quality systems.
  • Previous back-office or project coordination experience in a technical or professional services company.
