Η Polyeco S.A., κορυφαία εταιρεία στον τομέα της περιβαλλοντικής διαχείρισης και διαχείρισης αποβλήτων, αναζητά Site Manager για να ενταχθεί στην ομάδα International Operations.

Πρόκειται για μια μοναδική ευκαιρία για έναν ενεργό και ικανό Χημικό ή Περιβαλλοντολόγο Μηχανικό (ή από συναφή επιστημονικό κλάδο) να διαδραματίσει καθοριστικό ρόλο στην υλοποίηση έργων περιβαλλοντικής βιωσιμότητας στο εξωτερικό.

Ως Site Manager, θα είστε υπεύθυνος/η για τον συντονισμό και την επίβλεψη των εργασιών διαχείρισης επικίνδυνων αποβλήτων σε διεθνή έργα, εξασφαλίζοντας την έγκαιρη και ποιοτική ολοκλήρωση των παραδοτέων.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες

  • Συντονισμός και έλεγχος του έργου από το στάδιο του σχεδιασμού έως την ολοκλήρωσή του.
  • Επίβλεψη των καθημερινών εργασιών στο εργοτάξιο, διασφαλίζοντας την ολοκλήρωση εντός χρονοδιαγράμματος, προϋπολογισμού και ποιοτικών προδιαγραφών.
  • Συνεργασία με τους Project Managers και το Τμήμα Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού για την επαρκή στελέχωση του έργου, μέσω εγκεκριμένων συνεργατών ή εργολάβων.
  • Επίβλεψη, διαχείριση και παρακίνηση του προσωπικού του εργοταξίου και των υπεργολάβων, ώστε να τηρούνται τα χρονοδιαγράμματα.
  • Τήρηση ημερήσιων αναφορών και πλήρους τεκμηρίωσης του έργου.
  • Διενέργεια τακτικών επιθεωρήσεων Υγείας, Ασφάλειας και Περιβάλλοντος, σύμφωνα με τις εταιρικές και νομικές απαιτήσεις, καθώς και καθημερινών ενημερώσεων ασφάλειας (toolbox talks).
  • Εφαρμογή διαδικασιών ποιοτικού ελέγχου και προστασίας του περιβάλλοντος.
  • Διατήρηση επαγγελματικών σχέσεων με πελάτες, αρχές και λοιπούς εμπλεκόμενους φορείς.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Πτυχίο Χημικού Μηχανικού, Περιβαλλοντολόγου Μηχανικού ή συναφούς ειδικότητας.
  • Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών (προφορικά και γραπτά) – προαπαιτούμενη.
  • Εξαιρετική γνώση Η/Υ και εξοικείωση με εργαλεία διαχείρισης έργων.
  • Ανάπτυξη δεξιοτήτων επίλυσης προβλημάτων και επικοινωνίας.
  • Προϋπηρεσία σε βιομηχανικό περιβάλλον, διαχείριση αποβλήτων ή διεθνείς ρόλους θεωρείται επιπρόσθετο προσόν.
  • Διαθεσιμότητα για εργασία σε απαιτητικά, πολυπολιτισμικά περιβάλλοντα.
  • Ικανότητα σύνταξης αναφορών, υποστήριξης προϋπολογισμού έργου και παρακολούθησης δεικτών απόδοσης (KPIs).
