Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a major data centre project in Athens. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day site operations, ensuring all electrical installations and associated works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all site activities related to electrical systems on the data centre project.
  • Oversee subcontractors and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor progress and report on key milestones, issues, and risks.
  • Conduct site inspections and quality checks on electrical installations.
  • Ensure full compliance with local regulations, HSE requirements, and company procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager or Supervisor on large-scale data centre or critical infrastructure projects.
  • Electrical or MEP experience preferable
  • Ability to manage subcontractors and multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Right to work in the EU.
