Από το 2008 η ΕΡΓΑΤΗΚΑΤ Α.Ε. εξειδικεύεται στην κατασκευή Τηλεπικοινωνιακών έργων, στην παροχή εξειδικευμένων Κατασκευαστικών υπηρεσιών και υπηρεσιών συντήρησης Κτιρίων & Ηλεκτρομηχανολογικών εγκαταστάσεων.

Το τμήμα Κατασκευαστικών Υπηρεσιών της ΕΡΓΑΤΗΚΑΤ Α.Ε. προσφέρει ένα σύνολο υπηρεσιών από ανακαινίσεις επαγγελματικών χώρων & γραφείων έως εξειδικευμένες κατασκευές ΤΠΕ.

Επισκόπηση του ρόλου:

Ο Site Manager θα είναι υπεύθυνος για τη συνολική ενορχήστρωση, εκτέλεση και παράδοση Ηλεκτρομηχανολογικών ή/και Δομικών Έργων.

Ο ρόλος απαιτεί έναν τεχνικά καταρτισμένο και έμπειρο μηχανικό με την ικανότητα να οργανώνει & να καθοδηγεί τα συνεργεία, διασφαλίζοντας ότι το έργο βρίσκεται εντός χρονοδιαγράμματος & προϋπολογισμού.

Προφίλ υποψηφίου:

  • Πτυχίο Μηχανολόγου Μηχανικού ή Ηλεκτρολόγου Μηχανικού από ΑΕΙ ή ΤΕΙ.
  • 3+ χρόνια αποδεδειγμένης εμπειρίας στη διαχείριση εργοταξίων.
  • Εξοικείωση με Η/Μ εγκαταστάσεις όπως ψύξη, υποδομές ισχύος, καλωδίωση.
  • Δυνατότητα ταυτόχρονης διαχείρισης πολλαπλών συνεργείων.
  • Εξαιρετική χρήση υπολογιστών (Excel, email, internet).
  • Καλή γνώση του Autocad (2D).
  • Εξαιρετικές δεξιότητες επικοινωνίας, οργάνωσης και ομαδικής εργασίας.
  • Ολοκληρωμένες στρατιωτικές υποχρεώσεις (για άντρες υποψήφιους).

Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Επίβλεψη κατασκευαστικών εργασιών.
  • Διαχείριση των συνεργείων/ομάδων υλοποίησης.
  • Τήρηση χρονοδιαγραμμάτων.
  • Παρακολούθηση εκτέλεσης εργασιών βάσει αρχικού σχεδιασμού και αναφορά τυχόν αλλαγών ή αποκλίσεων.
  • Επιμετρήσεις, σύνταξη λογαριασμών, ανακεφαλαιωτικοί πίνακες.
  • Επικοινωνία με πελάτη σχετικά με πτυχές του έργου (χρονοδιάγραμμα, αποκλίσεις σχεδιασμού).
  • Χειρισμός της αλληλογραφίας και του αρχείου του έργου.
  • Συγγραφή αναφορών κατασκευαστικών έργων.
  • Διαχείριση και επικοινωνία με προμηθευτές.
