Your Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer support to Finnish-speaking clients through various channels.
- Answer inquiries related to health-and-wellness products with accuracy and empathy.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
- Document all customer interactions for consistent service quality.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve customer experience and efficiency.
- Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of products and services.
- Fluency in Finnish (both written and spoken) is essential. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stipulated in your application.
- Strong interest in health-and-wellness and a desire to make a difference.
- Experience in customer service is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle inquiries with patience and understanding.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
