The Company due to its rapid growth, is looking for energetic, and dynamic applicant(s) to join the Accounting Department as:

Accounting Associate

Job Purpose:
Managing expense reports and reimbursements and bookkeeping procedures and reconciling invoices.

Direct reporting to:

The position reports to the Accounting Manager.

Principle accountabilities:

·      Registration and fund agreement.

·      Issuance of revenue invoices.

·      Communication with customers, suppliers.

·      Review and settle accounts of customers, suppliers, banks, loans, credit cards and other accounts.

·      Classification and archiving of documents and documents.

·      Checking and sending documents to MyData and agreement with the accounting books.

·      Support in the preparation of financial reports.

• Support whole accounting function.

The successful applicant(s) will cover the following:

Qualifications and experience:

Education, Training & Certifications

·
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

·       Excellent knowledge of MS- OFFICE, especially Excel for compiling reports.

·       Very good knowledge of English, both writing and verbal

·       Very good knowledge of SoftOne ERP.

·       Very good knowledge in the registration of Purchases, Fixed Assets, Expenses, Expenses, Payments, Collections, Remittances.

·       Very good knowledge of MyData in the registration of Income – Expenses and the characterization of Expenses.

·       Very good knowledge of computer use.

·       Very good knowledge of using MS Office.

·

Experience

·       At least three (3) years of experience in a similar Accounting position.

·       Desired experience in real estate sector.
