End User Computing Specialist για το Τμήμα Ανάπτυξης & Λειτουργίας Ψηφιακών Υπηρεσιών

Περιγραφή πελάτη

Κορυφαία εταιρεία παροχής ψηφιακών υπηρεσιών και λύσεων πληροφορικής στην Ελλάδα και την Ευρώπη, με στρατηγικό στόχο την καινοτομία και την υψηλή ποιότητα υπηρεσιών προς τους τελικούς χρήστες.

Αρμοδιότητες

  • Σχεδιασμός, υλοποίηση και βελτιστοποίηση λύσεων End User Computing (EUC) για desktops, laptops, mobile devices και servers.
  • Υποστήριξη στην εγκατάσταση, διαμόρφωση και συντήρηση συσκευών τελικών χρηστών, με χρήση εξειδικευμένων εργαλείων.
  • Διαχείριση και παρακολούθηση υπηρεσιών IT σε επίπεδο τελικού χρήστη, διασφαλίζοντας τη διαθεσιμότητα και ασφάλεια.
  • Υλοποίηση μέτρων ασφάλειας πληροφοριών σύμφωνα με το εταιρικό πλαίσιο.
  • Λειτουργία εργαλείων Mobile Device Management (MDM) και υποστήριξη μοντέλων BYOD και τηλεργασίας.
  • Συμμετοχή στην επίλυση περιστατικών και ανάλυση αιτιών (root cause analysis).
  • Συντήρηση και ανάπτυξη βάσης δεδομένων διαχείρισης διαμόρφωσης (CMDB).
  • Συνεχής ενημέρωση και εκπαίδευση στις σύγχρονες τεχνολογίες EUC.
Requirements
  • Τουλάχιστον 5 έτη εμπειρίας σε τεχνολογίες EUC, όπως εγκατάσταση, παραμετροποίηση, διαχείριση και συντήρηση τερματικών συσκευών.
  • Εμπειρία με εργαλεία: Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft Exchange, Intune, SCCM, Microsoft 365, SharePoint Admin Center, Adobe, Autodesk.
  • Καλή γνώση διαδικασιών ITIL και ticketing πλατφορμών (π.χ. ServiceNow).
  • Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ σε Πληροφορική, Μηχανικούς Πληροφορικής ή Ηλεκτρονικών.
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση αγγλικών και χρήσης MS Office.
  • Οργανωτικότητα, υπευθυνότητα, προσανατολισμός στο αποτέλεσμα και ικανότητα συνεργασίας με πολλαπλούς stakeholders.
