Θέσεις – Ρόλοι

EUC Lead | Υπεύθυνος για τη στρατηγική κατεύθυνση των EUC υπηρεσιών, εξασφαλίζει τον εξοπλισμό, τις εφαρμογές και τα δίκτυα που υποστηρίζουν την παραγωγικότητα και ασφάλεια των εργαζομένων.

EUC Manager | Διαχειρίζεται την καθημερινή λειτουργία των EUC υπηρεσιών. Εποπτεύει ομάδες ΙΤ για έγκαιρη αντιμετώπιση προβλημάτων.

EUC Engineer | Παρέχει τεχνική υποστήριξη και συμβουλές για την υλοποίηση και συνεχή βελτίωση των υπηρεσιών EUC. Έχει καλή  γνώση εργαλείων MDM και διαχείρισης συσκευών, και γνώσεις ασφάλειας τελικών χρηστών. Εμπειρία σε ρόλους IT Support ή EUC.

Ενδεικτικές  Δραστηριότητες/ Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Διαχείριση και υποστήριξη εξοπλισμού τελικών χρηστών (PCs, laptops, smartphones).
  • Διαδικασίες εγκατάστασης και παραμετροποίησης μέσω εργαλείων (π.χ. MDM).
  • Διασφάλιση της διαθεσιμότητας και ασφάλειας των υπηρεσιών για τον τελικό χρήστη.
  • Καταγραφή και διαχείριση IT assets μέσω CMDB.
  • Αντιμετώπιση συμβάντων και επίλυση προβλημάτων, διενέργεια root cause analysis.
  • Συνεχής κατάρτιση και επιμόρφωση του προσωπικού IT support.
