About the RoleWe are looking for a fluent Italian speaker to join our Inbound Customer Support team in Athens. You will handle incoming customer inquiries and provide excellent assistance and solutions. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about delivering great service while working in a stable, supportive team environment.
Salary & Bonuses- Monthly Salary: 1,560 (x14 salaries per year)
- Bonus: Uncapped quarterly performance bonus based on performance
- 14 salaries per year (12 monthly + 1 Easter bonus + 1 split between Summer & Christmas)
- Private health & life insurance
- Performance bonus (uncapped, based on results)
- 25 days of annual paid leave
- 50 meal voucher ticket/month (for all projects)
- Contract type: Permanent
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 18:00 (no weekends)
- On-site requirement: Must be in Athens and working from office by 8 October 2025
- Native/fluent Italian (C2 level)
- Good command of English (B2 or above)
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service or call center experience is a plus
- Ability to work on-site in Athens
