Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 18:00 (40h/week, 8h/day)

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Italian-speaking professional to join our Sales Project Inbound team in Athens. In this role, you will handle inbound customer inquiries, deliver exceptional service, and contribute to sales targets in a dynamic environment. This is a permanent, on-site position offering a competitive salary and performance-based incentives.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries in Italian.

  • Provide excellent customer service and support.

  • Drive sales performance and meet team targets.

  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow company processes.

  • Collaborate with team members and management to improve workflow and performance.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: 1,560/month (x14 months)

  • Uncapped quarterly performance bonus based on individual and team results

  • 14 salaries (12 monthly + 1 on Easter + 1 split between Summer & Christmas)

  • Private Health & Life Insurance

  • 25 days annual leave

  • 50 monthly meal voucher per project

Contract:

  • Permanent contract

  • 40 hours per week (8 hours/day, 5 days/week)

Relocation Support (For Candidates Moving from Abroad):

  • Candidates relocating must arrive in Athens 7 days prior to the start date for hiring documentation.

  • 3 weeks of accommodation in a hotel near the office.

  • Up to 300 support (1st payment) for relocation expenses.

  • Legal support with hiring documents (candidates provide required documents).

Important Notes:

  • No standard relocation package for candidates already based in Greece without work-from-home possibility; support considered case by case.

  • After the 3 weeks of hotel accommodation, no assistance with real estate agencies.

  • Flight tickets are not included (reimbursement up to 300 gross with 1st payment).

  • Airport pick-up and transportation from the airport to the hotel are not included.
