Η MSPS Α.Ε. αναζητά Customer Service Representative, για λογαριασμό εταιρείας, στον τομέα της εισαγωγής και εμπορίας ζωϊκών προϊόντων, στο πλαίσιο παροχής Ολοκληρωμένων Υπηρεσιών Πωλήσεων & Marketing.

Περιγραφή Θέσης:

Ο ρόλος αφορά τη διαχείριση της επικοινωνίας με το πελατολόγιο της εταιρείας, με στόχο την άμεση και αποτελεσματική εξυπηρέτηση, καθώς και την υποστήριξη των σχετικών λειτουργιών παραγγελιών και αποστολών.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Διασφάλιση άριστης επικοινωνίας με πελάτες μέσω τηλεφώνου και ηλεκτρονικής αλληλογραφίας.
  • Διαχείριση και διεκπεραίωση παραγγελιών, καθώς και παρακολούθηση αποστολών και επιστροφών προϊόντων.
  • Ανταπόκριση σε αιτήματα, απορίες και ζητήματα που σχετίζονται με τα προϊόντα της εταιρείας.
  • Συνεργασία με εσωτερικά τμήματα της εταιρείας στην Ελλάδα και το εξωτερικό για την υποστήριξη της λειτουργικής συνέχειας.
  • Εκτέλεση διαχειριστικών καθηκόντων, όπως παρακολούθηση μη αποσταλμένων παραγγελιών, ενημέρωση της ιστοσελίδας με αξιολογήσεις πελατών και άλλες σχετικές ενέργειες.


Απαιτήσεις:

  • Προηγούμενη εμπειρία σε αντίστοιχη θέση θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση του Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Άριστη γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας
  • Εξαιρετικές οργανωτικές ικανότητες
  • Προσανατολισμό στην εξυπηρέτηση πελατών
  • Άριστες επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες
