Job Title: Fashion Sales Advisor
Reporting to: Store Manager
Position Overview:
We are seeking passionate and knowledgeable Fashion Sales Advisors to join our team. As a Sales Advisor, you will serve as a trusted consultant for our customers, offering guidance and expertise in product selection while ensuring a seamless luxury shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Store Operations:
• Assist in daily store operations, ensuring efficient functioning and excellent customer service.
• Uphold brand representation and visual merchandising standards.
• Implementation of operational policies and procedures.
Sales and Customer Service:
• Drive sales and achieve targets by analyzing sales data and applying effective strategies.
• Maintain high customer service standards, resolving customer complaints and enhancing the in-store experience.
• Provide daily feedback on lost sales opportunities to the Store Manager.
• Focus on building customer loyalty through data collection and clienteling
Inventory and Merchandising:
• Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and monitoring product performance.
• Provide regular feedback to Store Manager to ensure optimal product assortment and visual merchandising standards to minimize loss of sales.
Health and Safety Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe environment for all.
• Attend training sessions to continuously update your industry knowledge.
• Serve as a positive and professional representative of TUT in all interactions.
• Adhere to personal presentation, uniform, and hygiene standards as outlined.
Key Performance Indicators (KP|s):
• Target achievement.
• Mystery shopping results rating of 90% or higher.
• Customer converstion rate
• Meeting ATV targets (Average Transaction Value) .
Skills and Qualifications:
• 1-3 years of experience in retail, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in computer literacy and relevant software.
• Results-driven with a flexible and adaptable approach.
Candidate Profile:
• Passion for luxury retail and a keen interest in current trends.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Excellent command of English
