Η Vector Brands, αποκλειστικός αντιπρόσωπος για τα προϊόντα της WD-40, Master Lock, HPX, Fiskars, Armor All, STP, Turtle wax και άλλων σημαντικών Brands από το χώρο του DIY & Home Improvement στην Ελλάδα, αναζητεί να αναπτύξει την ομάδα της.
Αυτή τη στιγμή, αναζητούμε υποψήφιους/υποψήφιες για τη θέση του Customer service Representative, με εμπειρία τουλάχιστον 3 ετών.
**Καθήκοντα**:
- Εισαγωγή & διαχείριση παραγγελιών από πελάτες και το τμήμα πωλήσεων, μέσω διάφορων καναλιών επικοινωνίας.
- Καθημερινή επικοινωνία με το 3PL, για την διασφάλιση της ομαλής προετοιμασίας και παράδοσης των παραγγελιών.
- Διενέργεια ελέγχου υπολοίπων και διαχείριση εισπράξεων.
- Έκδοση τιμολογίων και λοιπών παραστατικών.
- Έλεγχος τήρησης εμπορικών συμφωνιών και εφαρμογής τιμολογιακής πολιτικής.
- Εξυπηρέτηση και διεκπεραίωση αιτημάτων από πελάτες χονδρικής και λιανικής.
- Επεξεργασία αιτημάτων επιστροφής προϊόντων και επικοινωνία με κατασκευαστές.
- Διαχείριση προμηθειών γραφείου.
**Προσόντα**:
- Τουλάχιστον 3 χρόνια εργασιακή εμπειρία σε θέσεις εξυπηρέτησης πελατών και διοικητικής υποστήριξης.
- Άριστες δεξιότητες προφορικής και γραπτής επικοινωνίας σε Ελληνικά και Αγγλικά.
- Εξοικείωση με ERP (ιδανικά Soft1), Excel, CRM (ιδανικά Dynamics).
- Πελατοκεντρική αντίληψη και ικανότητα διαχείρισης κρίσεων, με ιδιαίτερη προσήλωση στην λεπτομέρεια.
- Ομαδικό πνεύμα.
- Διαχείριση χρόνου & ικανότητα ιεράρχησης προτεραιοτήτων.
