Ο πελάτης μας είναι από της ηγετικές εταιρίες στον κλάδο της με έδρα Αθήνα/

Πικέρμι στη Λεωφόρο Μαραθώνος.

Επενδύει τόσο στο προϊόν όσο και στην πελατειακή σχέση και στην ικανοποίηση

του πελάτη.

Επενδύει σε κάθε νέο συνεργάτη και προσπαθεί να τον αναδείξει στο

οργανόγραμμα της.

Αναφέροντας στην Διεύθυνση Πωλήσεων , θα αναλάβει ενεργά

καθήκοντα:

 Client service ενεργών Πελατών

 Ανάπτυξη υποψήφιου πελατολογίου μέσω τηλεφωνικής επικοινωνίας

 Υποστήριξη του Δικτύου πωλήσεων *Συμβούλους Πωλήσεων

 After sales

 Cross selling

 Διαχείριση προσφορών

Η θέση είναι αποκλειστικά εντός γραφείου(back office)

Απαραίτητα προσόντα:

Πελατοκεντρική λογική και εμπειρία ως back office coordinator και client service

min 2 έτη

 Πτυχίο AEI , TEI επιθυμητό

 Άρτια προφορική διαχείριση

 Γνώση Αγγλικών απαραίτητη

 Άρτια γνώση MS office

 Επιθυμητή γνώση ERP systems και CRM systems
