We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a customer service representative.

  • As an onsite representative in our state-of-the-art facilities, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Answering incoming calls from U.S.-based customers, providing accurate and valid information, and resolving customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
  • Utilizing your communication skills to address customer concerns and provide solutions that exceed their expectations.

What You'll Bring to the Role

  • Fluency in English (B2 level) and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous customer service experience is recommended, but not required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent and proficiency in using computer systems and software applications.
  • Professionalism, positivity, and a supportive attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new skills and processes.
  • Ability to work regular late evening and overnight shifts.
