Role Purpose

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer support services for Home Depot clients. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer queries in English via phone, chat, or email.
  • Provide accurate product, service, and policy information.
  • Resolve complaints and escalate issues when required.
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism, empathy, and customer care.
  • Accurately log all customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Follow shift schedules and meet performance targets (KPIs).

Working Hours

  • Shift window:
    14:00 – 07:00 EET/EEST
    (rotational schedule).
  • Until September: shift remains fixed at
    15:00 – 23:00 EET/EEST
    .
  • Night shifts (22:00 – 06:00) compensated with
    +25% per local employment law
    .
  • Exclusively
    on-site role
    (Athens office).

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary:
    €1200 gross/month
    .
  • Meal allowance:
    €50/month.
  • 14-month salary system
    (extra salaries paid in spring & Christmas).
  • Night shift premium pay (+25%).
  • No relocation or transportation provided.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English (spoken & written).
  • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and resilience under pressure.
