The company's products represent a continuum ranging from prescription drugs, dermo-cosmetics (Avène, Ducray, A-Derma...), to consumer health care (family health care, oral care and natural health) and oncology.

Your mission
  • Σύμβαση αορίστου διάρκειας για το τμήμα του Customer Service, μέλος της τοπικής ομάδας των Operations (Supply & Demand Planning, Logistics, Customer Service).
  • Τακτική επικοινωνία με πωλητές, πελάτες και κέντρο διανομής (3PL), διαχείριση των παραγγελιών πώλησης και εισαγωγή τους στο τοπικό σύστημα ERP.
  • Διαχείριση τυχόν προβλημάτων στη διανομή, επίλυση και εποπτεία για την διασφάλιση του υψηλού επιπέδου Service Level.
  • Καταχώρηση δεδομένων και συντήρηση των master data (point of sales info, product info).
  • Καταχώρηση των εμπορικών πολιτικών στο σύστημα (εκπτώσεις, προωθητικές ενέργειες), εξασφάλιση της εφαρμογής των promotional campaigns.
  • Εφαρμογή των διαδικασιών των Global Operations για την επίτευξη των στόχων και KPIs του ομίλου, συντηρώντας διάφορα reports (Orders volume, Service Level, Stock reports, Claim rate)

Απαιτούμενα προσόντα

  • Απόφοιτος ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ Οικονομικών σχολών, Διοίκησης Επιχειρήσεων, ή Logistics
  • Καλό χειρισμό Η/Υ και εργαλείων  MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint).
  • Πολύ καλό επίπεδο Αγγλικών. Η γνώση Γαλλικών αποτελεί ανταγωνιστικό πλεονέκτημα
