Mellon Technologies SA, seeks to hire a Middle Office Analyst for Fund Administration Services Department, on behalf of a Large Financial Institute.

Key Responsibilities:

· Monitor & confirm the routing for execution and the actual execution of the investment orders.

· Ensure the correct capturing of investment orders execution details in the system.

· Monitor and confirm the completion of the settlement process and correct depiction in clients' portfolios.

· Monitor investment portfolios valuation process & performance calculation.

· Calculate management & performance fees.

· Perform various reconciliations.

· Prepare various analysis & reports regarding the investment portfolios' holdings and performance.

· Update systems with valuation prices and monitor price exception reports.

· Monitor corporate actions and update investment portfolios accordingly.

· Liaise effectively with involved parties to resolve any issues. 

Requirements

· Bachelor and/or postgraduate degree in Finance or a related discipline.

· Any related professional experience will be considered an asset.

· Basic knowledge of investment products (Mutual Funds, Bonds, Stocks etc.)

· Proficient of the MS Office suite, especially excel and word.

· Fluency in English language.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, collaborative spirit, agility and can-do attitude.
