Middle Office Analyst

Mellon Technologies SA, seeks to hire a Middle Office Analyst for Fund Administration Services Department, on behalf of a Large Financial Institute.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor & confirm the routing for execution and the actual execution of the investment orders
- Ensure the correct capturing of investment orders execution details in the system
- Monitor and confirm the completion of the settlement process and correct depiction in clients' portfolios
- Monitor investment portfolios valuation process & performance calculation
- Calculate management & performance fees
- Perform various reconciliations
- Prepare various analysis & reports regarding the investment portfolios' holdings and performance
- Update systems with valuation prices and monitor price exception reports
- Monitor corporate actions and update investment portfolios accordingly
- Liaise effectively with involved parties to resolve any issues
Requirements
- Bachelor and/or postgraduate degree in Finance or a related discipline
- Any related professional experience will be considered an asset
- Basic knowledge of investment products (Mutual Funds, Bonds, Stocks etc.)
- Proficient of the MS Office suite, especially excel and word
- Fluency in English language
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, collaborative spirit, agility and can-do attitude
