Middle Officer

Mellon Technologies SA, seeks to hire a Middle Level Officer for Fund Administration Services Department, on behalf of a Large Financial Institute.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor & confirm the routing for execution and the actual execution of the investment orders.
- Ensure the correct capturing of investment orders execution details in the system.
- Monitor and confirm the completion of the settlement process and correct depiction in clients' portfolios.
- Monitor investment portfolios valuation process & performance calculation.
- Calculate management & performance fees.
- Perform various reconciliations.
- Prepare various analysis & reports regarding the investment portfolios' holdings and performance.
- Update systems with valuation prices and monitor price exception reports.
- Monitor corporate actions and update investment portfolios accordingly.
- Liaise effectively with involved parties to resolve any issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor and/or postgraduate degree in Finance or a related discipline.
- Any related professional experience will be considered an asset.
- Basic knowledge of investment products (Mutual Funds, Bonds, Stocks etc.)
- Proficient of the MS Office suite, especially excel and word.
- Fluency in English language.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, collaborative spirit, agility and can-do attitude.
