Mellon Technologies SA, seeks to hire a Middle Level Officer for Fund Administration Services Department, on behalf of a Large Financial Institute.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor & confirm the routing for execution and the actual execution of the investment orders.
  • Ensure the correct capturing of investment orders execution details in the system.
  • Monitor and confirm the completion of the settlement process and correct depiction in clients' portfolios.
  • Monitor investment portfolios valuation process & performance calculation.
  • Calculate management & performance fees.
  • Perform various reconciliations.
  • Prepare various analysis & reports regarding the investment portfolios' holdings and performance.
  • Update systems with valuation prices and monitor price exception reports.
  • Monitor corporate actions and update investment portfolios accordingly.
  • Liaise effectively with involved parties to resolve any issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor and/or postgraduate degree in Finance or a related discipline.
  • Any related professional experience will be considered an asset.
  • Basic knowledge of investment products (Mutual Funds, Bonds, Stocks etc.)
  • Proficient of the MS Office suite, especially excel and word.
  • Fluency in English language.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, collaborative spirit, agility and can-do attitude.
