The SAP Signavio Strategy & Operations team serves as the backbone for seamless, efficient revenue operations and strategy execution across the Business Transformation Management line of business. Our team is dedicated to shaping an organization that people aspire to work for by supporting and fostering smooth, scalable operations.

We are looking for a Senior Operations Specialist (f/m/d) to join our team. You will work closely with leadership, enabling our organization and acting as a key advocate for SAP Signavio, bridging communication and alignment between Corporate, Product, Go-To-Market (GTM), and Services functions.

K

ey Responsibilities:

R- hythm of Business (RoB) Management:

You will own and oversee the overall Rhythm of Business (operational cadence) for SAP Signavio, coordinating stakeholders across various RoB activities such as Sales Forecasting, Customer Value Calls, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs). You will ensure that this operational cadence runs efficiently for executives at both the global and regional levels, creating connection points for lessons learned, decision-making, and best practice sharing
G- overnance & Reporting:

You will ensure a consistent, end-to-end view of the Rhythm of Business for governance and reporting purposes, delivering insightsensuring transparency across the organization and follow up and through on agreed upon actions
Q- BR Management:

You will take ownership of organizing and preparing regional and global QBRs, aligning with all stakeholders to ensure these sessions are productive, insightful, and actionable
O- perational Efficiency:

You may take on additional projects, driving the execution of strategic initiatives that help SAP Signavio scale, grow, and improve operational efficiency across functions. This could include eliminating operational roadblocks or enhancing processes to enable smooth workflows.
C- ross-Functional Collaboration:

You will build strong relationships across various teams within SAP Signavio as well as with stakeholders from other SAP functions, fostering collaboration and driving alignment on strategic priorities.

E

xperience & Qualifications:

E- ducational Background:
B- - achelor's, Master's, or equivalent university degree in a relevant field (Business, Operations, etc.)
P
- rofessional Experience:
A- - minimum of 7 years of experience in corporate operations or strategy functions, ideally within a global organization
P- roven experience in managing and executing regional and/or global Rhythm of Business processes
E- xperience with SAP's operational processes and a strong network within SAP, especially with the Global Revenue Operations (GRO) is a plus
I
- ndustry Knowledge:
S- - olid understanding of SAP's organizational structure, processes, and key stakeholders
F- amiliarity with SAP Signavio's vision, strategic goals, and the unique challenges associated with being a startup-like incubator within a larger corporation.

- roject Management & Analytics:
D- - emonstrated capability and experience in managing cross-functional projects with virtual teams
E- xpertise in data analysis, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and visually present findings for leadership

E- - xcellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in preparing and delivering presentations to senior leadership
