Your main responsibility

  • Posts invoices and T&E expense receipts in the ERP accounting module in a timely manner ensuring data completeness.
  • Verifies Invoices (3-way match) and AP files with purchase order vendor master file.
  • Records and reviews of accounting entries.
  • Supports monthly closure cut-off procedures and assists on monthly Trial Balance completeness, Ad-hoc requests (i.e preparation of the supporting documentation for the external auditors (TP, Assurance, Tax).
  • Compliance and Controls: Audits invoices and key data in the AP system, and performs accounting reconciliations to ensure data accuracy.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    Identifies opportunities to improve Opex invoicing and payment processes, enhancing efficiency and accuracy. Stays up to date with industry best practices, regulatory changes, and the latest automation technologies.

Your main qualifications/skills

  • Education & Experience:
    University degree in Accounting or Finance, with 2–3 years of proven experience in a similar role.
  • Technical Knowledge:
    Solid understanding of taxation (VAT, income tax, withholding tax) and business process management.
  • Systems & Tools:
    Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and familiar with accounting software; knowledge of Entersoft ERP is a plus.
  • Languages:
    Fluency in English is required; Spanish is a plus.
  • Analytical Skills:
    Strong problem-solving ability and analytical thinking.
  • Adaptability & Innovation:
    Interest in automation technologies and openness to continuous improvement.
