Job Title: Technical Support (German) Canon B2C
Location: Remote (Work from Home)
Start Date: 18 September 2025
About the Role:
Join our Canon B2C support team and help customers get the best out of their products all from the comfort of your home. Youll be the first point of contact for German-speaking clients, providing highquality technical assistance and ensuring a seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls, emails, or chats from Germanspeaking customers.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues with Canon devices and software.
Guide customers through troubleshooting steps in a clear, friendly manner.
Document cases and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Fluency in German (C1 or native level) and good English for internal communication.
Experience in customer service or technical support preferred.
Basic IT knowledge and ability to quickly grasp product features.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customerfirst mindset.
A quiet, professional home office setup with stable internet.
Salary & Benefits:
Base salary: 1,300 / month
Performance bonus: Up to 10% of monthly salary
Training bonus: 100 after successful completion of training
