Η ICAP Outsourcing Solutions, κορυφαία εταιρία στην παροχή υπηρεσιών προς επιχειρήσεις και οργανισμούς στην Ελλάδα αλλά και την Ευρώπη, προσφέρει θέσεις εργασίας για τη στελέχωση του Contact Center.

Το Contact Center αναζητά Υπαλλήλους Τεχνικής Υποστήριξης για λογαριασμό πελάτη της, κορυφαίο πάροχο στο χώρο των τηλεπικοινωνιών .

Πρόκειται για 5νθήμερη, 8ωρη απασχόληση , Δευτέρα με Κυριακή, με κυλιόμενο ωράριο και με αντικείμενο την τηλεφωνική εξυπηρέτηση και την παροχή της καλύτερης δυνατής εμπειρίας εξυπηρέτησης σε θέματα τεχνολογίας

Είσαι ο/η κατάλληλος/η εάν διαθέτεις...

  • Ευχέρεια στον προφορικό και γραπτό λόγο
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση χειρισμού Η/Υ
  • Εμπειρία σε αντίστοιχη θέση technical support
  • Απολυτήριο Λυκείου
  • Γνώση της Αγγλικής Γλώσσας
  • Πελατοκεντρική προσέγγιση
  • Πνεύμα ομαδικότητας
