Το Contact Center αναζητά Υπαλλήλους Τεχνικής Υποστήριξης για λογαριασμό πελάτη της, κορυφαίο πάροχο στο χώρο των τηλεπικοινωνιών .

Πρόκειται για 5νθήμερη, 8ωρη απασχόληση , Δευτέρα με Κυριακή, με κυλιόμενο ωράριο και με αντικείμενο την τηλεφωνική εξυπηρέτηση και την παροχή της καλύτερης δυνατής εμπειρίας εξυπηρέτησης σε θέματα τεχνολογίας

Είσαι ο/η κατάλληλος/η εάν διαθέτεις...

  • Ευχέρεια στον προφορικό και γραπτό λόγο
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση χειρισμού Η/Υ
  • Εμπειρία σε αντίστοιχη θέση technical support
  • Απολυτήριο Λυκείου
  • Γνώση της Αγγλικής Γλώσσας
  • Πελατοκεντρική προσέγγιση
  • Πνεύμα ομαδικότητας
