The Role in a Nutshell
Do you love solving technical challenges and keeping digital products running smoothly? Are you passionate about troubleshooting and working closely with skilled tech teams? Your Day-to-Day
- Investigating and managing identified issues using technical tools
- Providing 1st level support for banking digital products
- Collaborating with implementation tech teams to resolve problems
- Continuously improving support and troubleshooting processes
Your Key Strengths
- Basic knowledge of Back-End programming (e.g., C#, APIs)
- Hands-on experience with testing & troubleshooting tools (e.g., Postman)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Problem-solving mindset with a positive attitude
