On behalf of our client, a leading integrated PR and communications agency working with some of the world's most influential brands, we are looking for an experienced
Client Service Director
to lead major accounts, inspire teams, and strengthen client partnerships at the highest level. This is a leadership role for a commercial, strategic thinker who thrives on excellence in delivery, innovation, and people development.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the senior strategic advisor to key clients, ensuring exceptional service and measurable results.
  • Oversee the development of integrated communication strategies across PR, digital, content, and brand.
  • Lead annual planning, budget management, and performance reviews with clients.
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively provide counsel on reputation, brand positioning, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Lead and develop a team of Account Directors, Managers, and Executives — setting high standards for strategy, creativity, and execution.
  • Champion collaboration across PR, social, creative, and digital disciplines.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, inclusivity, and innovation.
  • Drive organic growth across your portfolio through strategic opportunities and new offerings.
  • Ensure profitability and efficiency of accounts through sound financial management.
  • Support business development, including new business pitches and proposal development.
  • Contribute to agency-wide strategic initiatives and thought leadership.
  • Represent the agency externally — in industry forums, conferences, and media when appropriate.
  • Partner with other senior leaders to evolve client service models and strengthen agency reputation.

Qualifications:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
  • Postgraduate degree in Communications, Corporate Affairs, or an MBA would be considered a strong asset.
  • At least 15 years of progressive experience in Corporate Communications, Public Relations, and Crisis/Financial Communications, with at least 8 years in a managerial or leadership role within a PR agency or Corporate Affairs Department.
  • Proven expertise in corporate communications strategy, financial communications and crisis management.
  • Strong track record in media relations and stakeholder engagement, including C-level and institutional stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to design and implement high-impact PR and corporate affairs programs that align with business objectives.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and able to perform under pressure in fast-changing environments.
  • Strong digital mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent strategic planning, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Strong financial acumen and commercial mindset.
  • Experience mentoring and developing senior talent.
  • Passionate about creativity, storytelling, and data-driven communications.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.
