During this period, we seek to recruit a professional for the following position:

Area Sales Manager Attica & Cyclades

for our Sales Department

based in our headquarters in Kifisia

The Area Sales Manager Attica & Cyclades reports to the Regional Sales Manager and is responsible for supporting the company's goals and objectives, by maximizing sales in the areas of responsibility, through integrated sales execution excellence.

What you will be doing

• Coach, motivate, and support team to deliver outstanding results and execute at the highest standards
• Provide ongoing training and feedback to build a high-performing, future-ready team
• Build an annual business plan for your area aligned with our company's strategic priorities.
• Set ambitious sales targets, track progress, and implement corrective actions to exceed goals.
• Take full responsibility for the profit and loss performance of your area.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients.
• Conduct performance reviews with customers and sales team to ensure the highest standards
• Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to drive exceptional service and innovation
• Work closely with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Finance, and Logistics to achieve both qualitative and quantitative commercial objectives

What we are looking for

• Bachelor's degree at a business related field
• Master's degree or MBA will be considered an advantage
• Minimum 5 years of professional Sales experience in an organized environment, ideally within the F&B or FMCG industry
• At least 2 years of proven team leadership experience
• Fluency in Greek & proficiency in English, both in written & oral
• Proficient in MS Office; especially in excel
• Flexibility and ability to travel as required
• Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
• Proven leadership, time management, and people management abilities.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making capabilities.
