In addition to our exceptional catering services, Dipnosofistirion owns and operates 17 dining venues across Athens, including the iconic Delta restaurant which is awarded with two Michelin stars, the Mediterranean restaurant NATU in Kifisia, and the Rooftop Restaurant at the Benaki Museum in Kolonaki.

About the Job:

Currently we are looking for detail- oriented individual to fill the position of Event & Catering Sales Executive

Main Duties:

  • Understand and analyze customer needs and preferences in order to recommend the most suitable catering package for their event (e.g. weddings, corporate events).
  • Communicate effectively with clients to identify their requirements and suggest customized menu options that align with their expectations and budget.
  • Maintain strong interpersonal relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and trust.
  • Organizing meetings and venue - site inspections with prospective and existing clients
  • Act as the main point of contact between the clients and the Operation Department throughout the planning process.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive offers and budgets, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client requirements and organizational standards.
  • Provide professional guidance and support to ensure the smooth execution of each event.

The Ideal candidates should have the following qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of proven work experience as Catering & Events Sales Executive
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Passion for the event and hospitality industry
  • Excellent knowledge of the MS Office Suite (especially Word & Excel)
  • Exceptional communicational and interpersonal skills
  • Extensive culinary knowledge will be considered a strong asset
