The Role

As a
Senior AI Engineer
, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying production-grade AI and LLM-powered solutions that enhance intelligent automation and decision-making across the company's SaaS platform. You'll collaborate closely with data engineers, product managers, and software developers to turn advanced AI concepts into scalable, real-world applications.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and optimize AI/LLM systems for financial document understanding, information extraction, and conversational interfaces
  • Build and maintain production-ready ML pipelines and APIs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into core fintech products
  • Ensure model reliability, performance, and scalability in production environments
  • Conduct prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and evaluation of LLMs for specific business tasks
  • Stay current with the latest advancements in AI/ML, LLMs, and applied NLP research
  • Contribute to the team's technical excellence by mentoring and sharing best practices

Requirements

  • 3–4+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering or applied NLP
  • Strong hands-on programming skills in
    Python
  • Proven experience with
    Large Language Models (LLMs)
    and frameworks such as
    OpenAI API, Hugging Face, or LangChain
  • Solid understanding of embeddings, vector databases, retrieval-augmented generation, and model deployment practices
  • Experience building and maintaining AI/ML pipelines in production environments
  • Familiarity with modern software engineering tools (Git, CI/CD, Docker)
  • Excellent communication skills in English and ability to work collaboratively in hybrid teams

Nice-to-Have

    (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and
    MLOps
    tools
  • Knowledge of
    document AI
