What You'll Do

  • Master Your Craft:
    Craft high-quality, secure, and performant code that powers core systems, adapting to rapidly changing requirements.
  • Full-Cycle Ownership:
    Participate in the end-to-end software development lifecycle, from design and architecture to delivery and monitoring.
  • Elevate the Team:
    Elevate code quality and productivity through thoughtful reviews, mentoring, and collaboration.
  • Drive Innovation:
    Continuously explore and integrate
    AI
    and other innovative technologies to enhance products and processes.

Who We're Looking For

You are a highly skilled engineer with 8+ years of experience in building robust, maintainable, and scalable web applications in an Agile environment.

  • Must Have:
    Mastery of at least one language:
    Ruby, Go, Java, Python, or JavaScript
    .
  • Extensive experience with
    microservices, distributed systems, and cloud-native environments
    .
  • Strong command of
    message brokers
    (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka, SNS/SQS).
  • Experience with
    SQL and No-SQL Databases
    (preferably PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Redis).
  • Architectural prowess and profound grasp of software design patterns and principles (OOP, SOLID, DDD).
  • Bonus Points:
    Experience with
    Kubernetes
    ,
    Terraform
    , or working with
    AI/ML models
    .
