The Role

As a
Mid/Senior AI Engineer
, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying intelligent data-driven solutions that optimize maritime operations, enhance cybersecurity, and drive automation. You'll collaborate with data scientists, backend engineers, and DevOps teams to transform raw data into actionable intelligence and scalable AI-powered services.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement
    AI/ML models
    for predictive analytics and anomaly detection
  • Develop
    data processing pipelines
    for real-time and batch data from global maritime networks
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to
    deploy and integrate AI models
    into production systems
  • Build and maintain
    ETL processes
    and data APIs to support AI-driven features
  • Stay updated on emerging AI/ML trends and contribute to innovation initiatives

Requirements

  • 3+ years
    of professional experience in
    Data Science, AI Engineering, or Machine Learning
  • BSc or MSc in
    Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Strong programming skills in
    Python
    (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, PyTorch or TensorFlow)
  • Experience with
    data analysis, preprocessing, and visualization
    tools
  • Solid understanding of
    machine learning workflows and deployment best practices
  • Familiarity with
    SQL databases, REST APIs, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with
    time-series or network data modeling
  • Exposure to
    MLOps frameworks
    and CI/CD for ML
  • Knowledge of
    maritime or IoT data systems
