The Challenge

You'll architect the intelligent core of our platform. You'll build sophisticated agentic systems that understand financial nuance, learn from context, and collaborate seamlessly with human experts. You'll design the reasoning engines, ontologies, and human-AI interaction patterns that make truly adaptive financial automation possible.

Your Impact

  • Design and fine-tune AI agents for complex financial decision-making
  • Research and implement cutting-edge AI techniques to drive continuous innovation
  • Build scalable knowledge structures that capture evolving company workflows and business logic
  • Develop robust evaluation frameworks for agentic systems
  • Work across our stack to build core AI capabilities

What You'll Need

  • 5+ years of experience building AI/ML systems at top startups or scaleups; fintech is a big plus
  • Production experience building LLM-based agentic systems
  • Deep understanding of prompt optimization techniques and semantic architectures
  • Proficiency across our stack:
