We're hiring a
Founder Associate
to help build the backbone of a global AI company reinventing elder care. Move fast, think big, and make it matter.

What You'll Do

Be the CEO's force-multiplier to accelerate GTM, revenue, and market expansion—owning high-leverage projects across growth, partnerships, and scalable ops.

Responsibilities

  • GTM & Revenue Growth:
    Design and run acquisition/retention loops; manage channels, landing pages, CRM, and funnels; improve CAC/LTV.
  • Market Expansion:
    Stand up new geos/service lines (playbooks, pricing, localization, compliance checks) and hit ramp targets.
  • Partnerships & Pipeline:
    Source and close distribution/clinical partners; maintain rigorous pipeline and CRM hygiene.
  • Ops & Execution:
    Support daily operations, ensuring the seamless execution of business processes.
  • Commercial Enablement:
    Build sales collateral, scripts, FAQ/objection handling; standardize onboarding and success playbooks.

Ideal Candidate

  • Experience:
    2–5 years in
    consulting (MBB or similar), VC/PE, strategy, or startup ops
    , plus hands-on
    early-stage
    experience.
  • Growth toolkit:
    Comfortable with experimentation, funnels, and unit economics; fluent with CRM and basic analytics.
  • Entrepreneurial & autonomous:
    Scrappy operator who ships end-to-end with minimal guidance.
  • Versatile communicator:
    Clear with C-level, clinicians, and customers; excellent Greek & English.
  • Familiarity with
    AI tools
    (for research, automation, or ops) is a plus.
