Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Chief of Staff, located in Athens with some work-from-home flexibility.
- Serve as
Chief of Staff
to the COO, helping prioritize, manage, and execute cross-functional projects. - Use your
engineering mindset
to structure ambiguous problems, improve systems, and optimize business processes. - Analyze data, conduct market and operational research, and prepare dashboards and reports for leadership.
- Support internal operations, team planning, and cultural development at a fast-growing startup.
- Collaborate across functions and adapt quickly to new challenges.
Ideal Profile
- Recent graduate (Bachelor's or Master's)
in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or another technical/analytical discipline. - Strong analytical skills, systems thinking, and comfort with data tools or Excel/Sheets.
- Proactive, organized, and eager to contribute beyond your comfort zone.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English, Greek).
- Passionate about innovation, sustainability, and performance culture.
