We're looking for a Business Analyst & Operations Associate — someone analytical, organized, and execution-driven who can support Dion's growth across strategy, partnerships, and operations. This is a hybrid role for someone who wants to be close to the founders, work cross-functionally, and help scale a category-defining product.

What You'll Do:

  • Analyze user, venue, and revenue data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Build dashboards, reports, and insights to support product, growth, and operations
  • Create financial models and scenario analyses for expansion and partnerships
  • Assist in executing collaborations and partnerships with venues, influencers, and brands
  • Assist with internal operations — workflows, documentation, and process optimization
  • Conduct research on markets, competitors, and user behavior
  • Maintain high-quality administrative structure: calendars, documents, coordination

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

  • 1–4 years of experience in business analysis, strategy, operations, or consulting
  • Strong analytical skills — comfort with data, Excel/Sheets, dashboards
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and experience managing relationships
  • A proactive, scrappy, resourceful operator — you make things happen
  • Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced environment
