About StayDuo

StayDuo is a Greek co-living technology startup redefining how people live and connect through explainable AI roommate matching and digital rental tools. Our mission is to make shared living safer, smarter, and more human — starting in Greece and expanding across Europe.

We're now looking for a Co-founder (Market Development & Partnerships)

You'll join our founding team to scale StayDuo across
Greece, Cyprus, Turkey, and European markets
, helping us grow our user base, build strategic alliances, and establish StayDuo as a trusted co-living brand across borders.

Your Mission

  • Lead market expansion in Greece and new regions (Cyprus, Turkey, Italy, Spain, and Central Europe).
  • Build partnerships with universities, property networks, and housing associations.
  • Develop strategic collaborations with local startup ecosystems and city programs.
  • Design and execute market-entry strategies tailored to each country's housing culture.
  • Represent StayDuo at European accelerators, events, and investor networks.
  • Shape product and business model strategy based on regional insights.

Ideal Profile

  • Entrepreneurial and data-driven mindset with strong execution ability.
  • Experience in market development, marketing, or real estate/housing ecosystems.
  • Network or prior experience in international expansion or partnership building.
  • Fluent in English; Greek, Turkish, or another European language is a plus.
  • Belief in technology as a force for social innovation and inclusion.
