Tenders & Contracts Administrator

Job Description:

  • Searching for relevant tenders on various electronic platforms (ESIDIS , Prometheus,       i-Supplies, cosmoONE)
  • Preparation of offers - tenders for Public & Private Sector
  • Handling of supporting tender documents (filing & update)
  • Following-up of tender related processes (general handling of respective correspondence, ensuring horizontal and vertical information-flow)
  • Ensuring that all applicable databases are updated appropriately and the information input is accurate.
  • Communicating with clients regarding tenders, contracts, and offers
  • Collaborating with other departments on issues related to tenders (Sales, Finance, & Regulatory Compliance Departments)

Candidate Profile:

  • University Degree
  • Minimum five (5) years of work experience in Tenders and Contracts role, ideally within the healthcare industry
  • Experience in managing the electronic platforms of the National System of Electronic Public Procurement ESIDIS, Prometheus, iSupplies, CosmoONE
  • Excellent knowledge of English language
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office suite – knowledge of Softone will be an asset
  • Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Experience working in a fast-paced role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - both written and verbal
