A large organization specializing in the management and maintenance of essential public infrastructure and related services is seeking a highly skilled
Contracts Manager
to join its central team. This role is pivotal in managing the contractual lifecycle for complex operational services, technological investments, and large-scale infrastructure projects.

This position is ideal for a professional with a strong legal background who can blend meticulous attention to contract law with practical, commercial strategy in a regulated, high-stakes corporate environment.

The
Contracts Manager
will oversee the entire contractual lifecycle, working closely with technical, procurement, and legal teams to protect the organization's interests and ensure compliance. This includes:

  • Preparing, drafting, and reviewing a wide variety of contracts, agreements, and amendments (including service, procurement, construction, and IT agreements) to ensure clarity and legal compliance
  • Leading and participating in negotiations with external suppliers, partners, and contractors to achieve terms that maximize value and mitigate commercial risk
  • Monitoring contract performance and compliance with all legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements throughout the contract lifecycle
  • Providing initial guidance and working with the Legal Department to manage and resolve contractual disputes, claims, and ambiguities
  • Developing and maintaining a robust contract management system for secure storage, tracking of key dates, obligations, and audit readiness
  • Acting as the central point of contact for contractual matters between internal departments (Finance, Technical Operations, Procurement) and external parties

To be considered for this
Contracts Manager
role, candidates should have:

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Contracts Management, Contracts Administration, or a similar role within a large corporate or regulated environment
  • University degree in Law, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. A legal background is highly valued
  • Strong working knowledge of Greek and EU contract law, procurement regulations, and commercial terms
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and experience utilizing SAP

Skills:

  • Meticulous accuracy in drafting and analyzing complex legal documentation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English, with proven negotiation ability
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to anticipate and resolve contractual roadblocks effectively
  • High sense of responsibility and integrity in handling sensitive financial and legal data
