Due to the continuous growth of our company, we are currently looking for a Junior Contracts Officer to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation, review, and monitoring of contracts with public sector bodies.
  • Ensure compliance with established guidelines, policies, and relevant legal frameworks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support the implementation of contractual obligations.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of agreements.
  • Communicate with public authorities and provide support in contract-related processes.

Qualifications

  • University degree in Law, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with public sector processes or contracts will be considered an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other standard business tools.
  • Fluency in Greek and in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Multi-tasking and organizational skills, ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
