Με τι θα ασχοληθώ;

Ως Sales & Back Office Administrator, θα είσαι το βασικό σημείο επικοινωνίας με πελάτες και προμηθευτές, θα συντονίζεις πωλήσεις και παραγγελίες, ενώ θα συμβάλλεις ενεργά στην ανάπτυξη custom made λύσεων.

Πιο συγκεκριμένα:

  • Διαχείριση εισερχόμενων κλήσεων πελατών (υφιστάμενων & νέων)
  • Διενέργεια cold calls για την πώληση αναλωσίμων
  • Τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία με υφιστάμενους πελάτες για αναπαραγγελίες & διερεύνηση νέων αναγκών
  • Πωλήσεις και εξυπηρέτηση πελατών στο εκθετήριο
  • Συμμετοχή σε κλαδικές εκθέσεις
  • Παρακολούθηση και υποστήριξη παραγγελιών
  • Επικοινωνία και ανάπτυξη συνεργασιών με προμηθευτές για ειδικές λύσεις (custom made projects)
  • Υποστήριξη τμήματος πωλήσεων με reports, προσφορές και επικοινωνία με πελάτες

Τι χρειάζεται να έχεις:

  • Πτυχίο Ανώτατης Εκπαίδευσης
  • Εξαιρετική γνώση Αγγλικής γλώσσας (γραπτός & προφορικός λόγος)
  • Άνεση στον επαγγελματικό προφορικό λόγο
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Τουλάχιστον 3 χρόνια προϋπηρεσίας σε αντίστοιχη θέση (πωλήσεις, back office, διαχείριση παραγγελιών)
  • Οργανωτικές δεξιότητες, επαγγελματισμός και επικοινωνιακή άνεση
  • Εμπειρία ή κατανόηση σε μηχανήματα παραγωγής & αναλώσιμα θα θεωρηθεί πλεονέκτημα
