The company
:

A leading EPC company specialising in commercial buildings, infrastructure, and energy projects is experiencing strong growth through the award of major construction contracts across Greece. These include critical new-build and renovation projects for public buildings and hospitals. As a result of this successful expansion, the company is seeking a Senior Project Manager MEP to lead all MEP technical office execution across major building assets (residential / infrastructure) in Greece.

Key Responsibilities:

As Senior Project Manager MEP some duties will be:

  • Coordinate all MEP technical office functions, ensure engineering compliance, enforce contract discipline (incl. Law 4412/2016 environment) and secure timely, accurate reporting.
  • Work closely with Design, Procurement, Construction, Commercial & Finance.
  • Build, monitor, manage and update MEP related programmes
  • Monthly issue of MEP BoQs, valuations, payment analyses, work measurements
  • Ensure compliance with procedures / quality / public contract requirements
  • Monitor performance, identify risk exposure, deviation analysis, mitigation actions
  • Maintain formal minutes for MEP stakeholder meetings and design coordination sessions
  • Support budgets, resource allocation and cost control
  • Produce technical & financial reporting for senior management

The Person:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
  • 8+ years' experience in MEP project management within public works contracting
  • Proven capability in MEP coordination, measurement & documentation
  • Excellent reporting discipline, ethical standards, structured thinking
  • Strong knowledge of PM tools / ERPs in public sector environment
  • Speaks Greek and English
