On behalf of our client – a dynamic hospitality & food & beverage group introducing a globally recognized concept to the Greek market – we are seeking a Marketing & Content Manager to join the headquarters team in Athens.

This is a highly creative and hands-on opportunity to shape the brand's presence in Greece from the ground up. You will be responsible for content creation, digital engagement, and local marketing execution, working closely with the Brand Manager and the founder. From social storytelling to in-store activations, your mission will be to connect with Gen Z and young adult audiences in authentic and impactful ways.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and manage engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms, with emphasis on short-form video and brand storytelling
  • Collaborate with store teams and the Brand Manager to generate real-time content that reflects the brand's energy and values
  • Manage online community engagement, including responding to DMs, comments, and guest feedback
  • Design and execute local campaigns and in-store activations based on the annual marketing calendar
  • Coordinate PR efforts and build partnerships with influencers, creatives, and media outlets
  • Track content performance and engagement metrics, and propose optimizations
  • Stay current with cultural trends and emerging formats relevant to the brand's target audiences

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, social media, or content creation, ideally in the F&B, lifestyle, or hospitality space
  • Proven track record in managing and growing social media accounts, especially TikTok and Instagram
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills in both Greek and English
  • Hands-on experience with video production (concepting, filming, editing — even with mobile tools)
  • Organized, agile, and collaborative mindset
  • Experience with PR, event marketing, or brand activations will be considered a plus
