Η iCrack, με 6 εταιρικά καταστήματα και ισχυρή παρουσία στον χώρο των επισκευών κινητών & υπολογιστών, αναζητά Store Manager για την ομάδα της.

Ο ρόλος σου:

Ως Store Manager θα έχεις την ευθύνη της ομαλής λειτουργίας του καταστήματος, καθοδήγησης της ομάδας και της επίτευξης των στόχων πωλήσεων & εξυπηρέτησης. Θα είσαι το πρόσωπο που εμπνέει, οργανώνει και διασφαλίζει ότι κάθε πελάτης φεύγει από το κατάστημα με άριστη εμπειρία.

Κύριες αρμοδιότητες:

  • Διαχείριση και καθοδήγηση της ομάδας πωλήσεων & τεχνικών
  • Επίτευξη και παρακολούθηση στόχων πωλήσεων & KPIs
  • Διασφάλιση υψηλού επιπέδου εξυπηρέτησης πελατών
  • Οργάνωση καθημερινής λειτουργίας καταστήματος (stock, reports, shift planning)
  • Συνεργασία με τα διοικητικά τμήματα για ανάπτυξη και βελτίωση διαδικασιών

Απαραίτητα προσόντα:

  • Προϋπηρεσία τουλάχιστον 3 ετών σε ρόλο Store Manager ή Assistant Manager στη λιανική
  • Σπουδές σε Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων, Marketing ή σχετικό αντικείμενο
  • Εξαιρετικές επικοινωνιακές και ηγετικές δεξιότητες
  • Ικανότητα στη διαχείριση ομάδας και στην επίλυση προβλημάτων
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση Ελληνικών & Αγγλικών
  • Εξοικείωση με τεχνολογία και προϊόντα mobile
