Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Social Media Marketing Manager. The Social Media Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, optimizing content for social media channels, and managing day-to-day social media activities. The role involves creating content, monitoring social media trends, engaging with the audience, and analysing performance metrics to refine strategies and achieve marketing goals.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years managing social content for brands or agencies.
  • Native-level Greek writing and strong English for short-form copy.
  • Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
  • Strong Communication and Content Strategy skills
  • Comfortable with Notion and Google Sheets for tracking/reporting.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Experience with real estate or lifestyle brands is a plus

Hours & Communication

Schedule: 20 hours/week, 4 hours/day (Monday–Friday), EEST.

Location: Hybrid (Athens) or Remote (within Greece).

Comms: Two short daily availability windows, plus a weekly team call and a monthly overview call.
