We are currently recruiting for the position of Senior Specialist, Sustainability Reporting, within the Sustainability Strategic Planning & Reporting department. The role reports to Manager, Sustainability and Industry Affairs, with the following responsibilities:

Sustainability

• Collaborates with AIA Units & Departments to develop the Annual & Sustainability Report in accordance with relevant standards and best practices.
• Prepares sustainability-related input for various corporate reports and publications, ensuring consistency and alignment with AIA's sustainability objectives.
• Oversees and ensures the proper implementation of reporting frameworks to maintain AIA's compliance with industry-leading sustainability disclosure practices.
• Supports the identification and development of methodologies for defining key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Annual Sustainability Report.
• Provides support in the design and execution of AIA's Sustainability Strategy, Update and Rollout, ensuring alignment with corporate sustainability goals.
• Researches, collects relevant data, analyzes information, and evaluates findings to support accurate reporting and informed decision-making.
• Monitors and reviews the processes for data collection, management, verification, and tracking of AIA's sustainability KPIs to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Coordinates the preparation of the Board of Directors' Report for the Annual General Meeting (AGM) and the annual Sustainability Report, including the double materiality assessment, assurance processes, Audit Committee presentations, EU Taxonomy reporting requirements, and the coordination of external sustainability events and conferences.

Process Management

• Contributes to the development, review, and optimization of policies, procedures, and manuals related to SPR activities.
• Coordinates the annual SPR Procedure Review exercise in collaboration with all relevant AIA departments

Project Management

• Assists the Manager in coordinating the completion of SPR tasks, ensuring they meet all relevant requirements and deadlines.
• Regularly reviews SPR-related project activities and proposes updates to the Manager, covering business practices, internal control self-assessments, business analyses, and process improvements.

The Qualifications and the skills required for this position are:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience.
• Proven expertise in project management.
• Strong experience in report writing, data processing, and presenting numerical data.
• Excellent command of both English and Greek (written and verbal).
• Reliable and detail-oriented.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex data and regulations to diverse audiences.
• Highly numerate and committed to precision.
• Strong project management and analytical skills.
