We are looking for a Planner / Inventory Officer to join our dynamic team. If you're passionate about planning, inventory optimization, and modern ERP tools — we want to hear from you

Your Role:

  • Analyze production schedules, sales forecasts, and inventory levels to determine material needs.
  • Ensure timely availability of raw materials and components across all stocking points.
  • Maintain and optimize the MRP system for accurate demand planning.
  • Issue purchase orders based on MRP outputs.
  • Balance stock levels to avoid shortages or excess.
  • Monitor and report on key KPIs (e.g., inventory turnover, supplier lead times, forecast accuracy).
  • Identify process improvement opportunities in materials flow and planning efficiency.
  • Ensure accurate MRP data within the D365 ERP system.
  • Manage inventory across domestic and international warehouses.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in inventory planning, materials management, or supply chain operations.
  • Strong working knowledge of ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365).
  • Familiarity with MRP systems and principles.
  • Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
